Request Data Deletion
In line with personal-data-protection laws and the requirements of platforms such as Meta and Google, you may request deletion of your data held by our services or apps integrated with your accounts.
What Gets Deleted
- Account data and personal information stored in our systems.
- Access tokens for your platform accounts.
- Cached API performance snapshots (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X).
- Marketing communication records.
Not deleted: data required by tax/accounting regulations (10 years) or data tied to an active legal dispute.
How to Request
Option 1 — By email
Send an email to privacy@busma-adv.com including:
- Your full name and the email on file with us.
- Company name (if any).
- The list of accounts/platforms for which you are requesting deletion.
- Any helpful identifiers (ad-account ID, Facebook Page ID, etc.).
Option 2 — From Facebook/Instagram
You may revoke our app's access directly in:
Settings → Privacy → Apps and Websites — Meta will send us an automatic deletion notice within 30 days of revocation.
Option 3 — From Google
Visit Google Account Permissions and remove our app's access.
Response Time
We will act on your request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation with a reference ID you can provide to Meta reviewers if asked.
