Telesales Representative
Job Description
Achieve telesales targets through systematic professional outreach to potential clients, qualifying business opportunities, presenting company services persuasively, and supporting the Accounts Manager in building a robust and flowing sales pipeline. ● Execute disciplined daily sales calls based on approved prospect lists ● Present company services professionally and clearly, highlighting each service's value ● Qualify and categorize potential clients: interested / needs follow-up / not suitable ● Schedule field visit appointments with the Accounts Manager for qualified and interested clients ● Document all call outcomes and update client records in the tracking system daily ● Conduct regular, scheduled follow-ups with interested clients until deal closure ● Submit a daily report to the Accounts Manager: calls made, conversion rates, new opportunities ● Respond quickly to inbound inquiries across channels and convert them into sales opportunities
Requirements
● Exceptional phone communication skills: clear voice, persuasive style, rhythm and tone control ● Ability to handle repeated rejection and maintain systematic, goal-oriented persistence ● Good and updated knowledge of all company marketing and digital services ● Accuracy in documenting calls and updating client databases in real time ● Excel proficiency for tracking client lists and daily performance KPIs ● Familiarity with AI tools: ChatGPT for drafting objection responses and sales scripts ● Ability to work remotely with discipline, autonomy, and high productivity ● Active listening skills and ability to identify client needs through exploratory questioning ● Skill in preparing clear and accurate daily and weekly performance reports
