Ads & E-Commerce Manager
Job Description
This role represents the primary execution arm for generating digital revenue for clients. It combines leading paid advertising campaigns across all major platforms, implementing SEO strategies, and building and managing e-commerce stores. Performs five specialized roles simultaneously at the highest performance and efficiency standards. ● Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on: Google Search/Display/Shopping, Meta (Facebook+Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, X (Twitter) ● Manage marketing via: WhatsApp Business, Email (Mailchimp), SMS ● Set up all ad accounts and tracking tools: Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center ● Execute comprehensive SEO services: technical audit, site structure, page/product optimization, link building, local SEO ● Build e-commerce stores on Zid & Salla: identity, theme, sections, products, shipping, payments, policies ● Execute pre-launch testing and oversee new store launches ● Build live performance dashboards for campaigns and stores ● Manage abandoned cart automation campaigns and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) ● Analyze performance data daily and make continuous optimization decisions ● Prepare comprehensive periodic performance reports for clients: campaign, SEO, and store reports
Requirements
● 3+ years managing paid digital advertising in an agency or digital company ● Certified: Google Ads (Search + Display + Shopping), Meta Blueprint, Snap Ads, or equivalent ● Documented practical experience building and managing stores on Zid or Salla ● Proficiency in Google tools: Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center, Looker Studio ● Advanced knowledge of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz ● Advanced Excel for campaign data analysis, performance dashboards, budget reports ● Skilled in preparing comprehensive performance reports and presenting results to clients ● Proficient in AI tools: ChatGPT for campaign data analysis and ad copy prompts, AI tools for SEO ● Ability to manage multiple ad budgets in parallel and optimize ROAS ● Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B Testing tools
